Davis Academic Project has vast experience helping to design and build
programs from scratch. We help groups to assess needs and develop strategies
for implementation. We also help organizations and programs to measure their
effectiveness and make necessary modifications. Our “Change Seminars” ensure
that participants learn to endure and benefit from bureaucratic changes that may
sometimes be overwhelming and exhaustive. Hourly Rate: $300 at a two-hour
minimum.
